AbsenceTracker – Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use AbsenceTracker. You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Usage Rules

  • Use AbsenceTracker only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not exploit, reverse engineer, or damage the bot.
  • Respect rate limits and avoid spam or abuse.

3. Data Collection

We may store Discord IDs, usernames, server IDs, and feature-specific data such as absences, roles, and logs. Data is kept only as long as necessary for functionality and will not be sold to third parties. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Availability & Changes

AbsenceTracker is provided “as is” without warranties. We may update, change, or discontinue features without notice.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for damages, data loss, or misuse of the bot by third parties.

6. Termination

We may remove AbsenceTracker from your server if these Terms are violated.
